It was our pre-Valentine’s dinner ❤️

The place @restauracjarozdzial was new to us – and honestly, a beautifully cozy restaurant. The interior suits us perfectly: warm ambiance, refined details, an intimate setting, and elegant Spiegelau glassware.

A few words about the food – it was excellent.

Truly.

No “meh” moments, no weak plates. Every dish told its own story, bringing new flavors, textures, and thoughtful combinations. This is exactly what you expect from a restaurant at this level.

And now… the one significant minus – the service.

We don’t require much, but when you spend around €300 on dinner, you naturally expect the service to reflect the same standard.

Wine shouldn’t be spilled twice.
The cork shouldn’t end up in the glass – twice.
And the price for wine by the glass should be clearly communicated from the beginning.

Would we return? For the cuisine — without hesitation. As for the service, we’ll give it some time to evolve — and revisit in the future.

Let me share my excitement about visiting Lasarte — a 3-Michelin-star restaurant.

I’ll talk about the food later, but here I just want to thank the whole team. They made our visit really special. I always thought restaurants like this might feel a bit distant or “cold,” but Lasarte was the opposite. Very professional, but also warm and friendly.

And then came the best part — they invited us to the kitchen. We didn’t even ask! It was a total surprise. I love watching how kitchens work, but this time we were inside. And no, it wasn’t a “hell kitchen” moment at all — everything was calm and organized.

After this experience, we feel like exploring more places like this. And we definitely will. ✨

P.S. And yes… I was surprised, excited, and couldn’t stop smiling the whole time. You could easily see that my emotions were all over me
